Who we are and what we do.

Formed in 2005, the Spencer Craig Partnership has become a well established property practice gaining a number of noteworthy clients from both the public and private sector.

Our experience coupled with a high level of expert service has seen us appointed to act as Managing Agents for both the London Borough of Redbridge in 2006 and the London Borough of Enfield in 2008. - both clients remain with us today.

Alongside our public sector clients, our private client portfolio extends across London and the Home Counties including a number of properties in the heart of London's W1 postcode. Our instructions are diverse and include not only retail and office properties but also residential blocks, industrial estates and leisure buildings.

We have also overseen a number of prestigious refurbishment and redevelopment projects in Central London and 2020 will see further large-scale high-end projects commence under our supervision.
